- Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

- Delivery times are typically 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and your location.
- While we aim to meet these delivery times, they are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. M&N Stock cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your parcel is believed to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
